Pole Combo Challenge

Pick your highest level and the number of moves. Your challenge is to find a way to link them together.

Only practise moves you have been taught and cleared to practise independently. Your selected level does not mean you have learnt every move. Skip anything unfamiliar and check with your instructor.

Easy gives every eligible level an equal chance. Medium favours higher levels; Hard strongly favours them. All mixes can include your highest level. Choose 1–20 moves.

Your combo challenge

One move not working? Use Switch beside it to draw a replacement. You get one switch per challenge; all Switch buttons then grey out. A new challenge resets your switch.
