A three-week flying pole course with one one-hour session each week.

No previous flying pole experience is needed, but you will need some pole or circus experience and confidence moving in the air.

If you’re new to flying pole, a one-to-one flying pole lesson is recommended before the course to build confidence and get familiar with the equipment.

Tippy Hoop Workshop

Join us for a 90-minute Tippy Hoop workshop at our Maidstone studio.

Entry requirements: You must have completed our Level 1 hoop course as a minimum, be confident on top of the hoop and in your own strength, and be able to invert.

Cowgirl Pole Routine Workshop

Yeehaw, cowgirls! Saddle up for 90 minutes of country sass, fabulous moves and plenty of attitude. Learn a fun cowgirl-inspired pole routine and get ready to kick up some dust!

All levels welcome! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pole dancer, come ready to dance, have fun and unleash your inner cowgirl.

Dress-up encouraged! Think cowboy hats, denim shorts, boots, fringe and all the country glam. Fancy dress is optional.
